New in rotation this week: Dan Auerbach, Laura Gibson, The Vibrarians, Vetiver, Black Gold+++

1. DAN AUERBACH ‐ Keep It Hid (Nonesuch) . New solo album from the singer of the Black Keys. If you like the Black Keys, you'll
like this. Check 'em out at the Paradise first Sunday in March.

2. LAURA GIBSON ‐ Beasts Of Seasons (Hush). Beeeautiful songs from a Portland, OR singer/songwriter. Think Joanna Newsom with prettier, more approachable vocals.

3. VETIVER - Tight Knit (Sub Pop). Fourth album from this Sub Pop songwriter Andy Cabic. Super mellow and accessible, kinda folky.

4. BLACK GOLD ‐ Rush (Red Bull). Members of Ambulance LTD and Panic at the Disco, but don't let that scare you away. Try tracks 1, 2, 7.

5. VIBRARIANS ‐ Red Light (K). Lo‐fi garage punk from Washington. Added DIGITALLY this week.

just noticed how similar the last two album covers are.....that's kind of funny.

also!! some show recommendations for boston this weekend: throwbacks @ bill's bar this thursday, titus adronicus @ paradise this friday, pains of being pure at heart @ middle east this sunday.
