Last semester, Twin Sister's Vampires With Dreaming Kids spent a few months in WTBU's rotation and on the top of our charts. On Monday night, the Long Island 5-piece played the Great Scott with Memoryhouse. Their set was excellent as always + WTBU was there to capture a few videos. Check out "Saturday Sunday" and "I Want a House" below:

This past Saturday night Jason Boesel (of Rilo Kiley and the Elected) came in studio to perform and promote his new solo album Hustler's Son.

WTBU Goes To Bonnaroo!

WTBU's Promotions Director, Lindsey Grothkopp, was lucky enough to attend this year's Bonnaroo Music + Arts Festival in Manchester, Tennessee. Lucky for us, she took a few videos during Lupe Fiasco, Broken Social Scene, BSS and Politics, and the Grounds.

The Futureheads @ CMJ

Hello all. The Futureheads stopped by the CMJ offices earlier this week for a quick performance. I took a video for my blog and thought I would share it with WTBU's blog readers as well.



The song is called "The Beginning of the Twist". The band will be touring in Europe for the rest of the summer (they're from the UK) but you can listen to some of their songs on their myspace.
